What is EmpowHer?
EmpowHer is a celebration of female power: the body, mind and soul. An event coordinated by women (with the help of a few special men) for women. A day to set new goals, try new fitness classes, an afternoon designed to enlighten and educate: creating a sisterhood of women from your own community.
Nationally recognized teachers, speakers and entrepreneurs collaborating to EMPOWER you both on and off your mat.
Who is this event for?
The net proceeds of EmpowHer will be donated to Unite For Her.
We celebrate sisterhood and sisters help sisters. Our sisters at Unite For Her dedicate their lives to providing alternative therapies and treatments to women facing breast cancer. Our goal is to challenge ourselves to help further their mission.

Must haves: your smile, a reusable water bottle, yoga mat, athletic shoes, pen and notebook (taking notes help you remember).
Classes both inside and outside so don’t forget sunscreen or sunglasses.
Layers: the morning outside classes in October might call for a hoodie or light jacket. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the day so keep an eye on Mother Nature. The event will go on rain or shine. If there is lightning we’ll pause until we’ve been in the clear to resume.
Bring your plastic and your paper currency because our vendors will accept both.
If you want to store your mat and belongings during the run, we ask that you leave them in your car. Parking is close. We will not have bag check.
All food will be served outside and seating is limited. We will provide yoga mats “hop a squat” style so DON’T be shy, meet new people.
An EmpowHer Day of Guide will be emailed to all registered participants a few days before the event.
If you have any questions during the day, find one of the event volunteers, we’ll help you!
